1. No Refund Policy for Digital Services

All membership plans and premium services offered on our platform are digital and non-tangible. Once a plan is purchased and activated, it is non-refundable under any circumstances.
This includes but is not limited to:

• Accidental or unwanted purchases
• Change of mind after purchase
• Inactivity or non-usage of membership benefits

• Failure to find a suitable match

   

2. Exceptions (If Any)

We may consider refund requests only in the following rare cases:

• Duplicate payment due to technical error (refund of the extra amount)
• Payment made but membership not activated (technical issue)
• In such cases, users must contact us within 72 hours of the transaction

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days to the original payment method.

3. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time, but cancellation does not entitle you to a refund of any portion of the membership fee already paid.

4. Disputed Transactions

If you raise a payment dispute or chargeback with your bank or card provider without contacting us first, we reserve the right to suspend your account pending resolution.
